We want our customers and potential customers to use this site purely for information purposes and to contact us. As such, we do not use cookies to track your movements on our site, nor do we pass any data to any third party's.

When making general enquiries, we do not ask for any personal data. Such contact could be pricing, availability and options of tower.

When making a booking, we will ask, and store, your name and address, your telephone number and email address for contact information, any advice notes, delivery notes and invoicing purposes only.

We do not practice wholesale marketing emails or text messages. The only time we will need to contact you is in regard to the booking you have made.

Your Name, address, telephone number and email address are stored on our internal database that is protected by password and face recognition software.

Your details will be stored for a period from initial booking to 6 months after the hire period has ended. This makes booking easier for further hire's within that period from returning customers

We will never share your provided data unless any legitimate law enforcement agencies request the information in line with current GDPR legislation (General Data Protection Regulations).

If you are not happy with us storing the limited data, please contact us and we will remove your details subject to the hire ceasing and your account being clear.
